Central
Loss Reporting
One call, fax, email or electronic transfer to our claims
central and the assignment process is complete! Within
20 minutes your claim is downloaded into the assigned adjusters
laptop through the Insurance Transaction Management System (ITMS).
Immediately in writing, email or through ITMS you receive
acknowledgment of assignment, our file number and assigned
adjuster.

Fax or e-mail completed property damage appraisals (Photo and

Management
At present, William Bordeaux, is President of Certified Claims
Services Incorporated. Bill has twenty two prior years in the
insurance business working for and serving as president for
adjusting and consulting firms.
Under Mr. Bordeaux’s management, a strong team of very dedicated
people who take pride in the insurance industry has been formed.
As President, his role is to identify new business, develop and
implement customer service policies, and to negotiate and close
new contracts.

| Manages
the large property loss division. Ron has been adjusting
and managing personal/commercial line claims for the past
30 years with Allstate, Prudential and as an independent
adjuster. Ron gained his management and organizational
skills early in the US Marines and while serving in
Vietnam. |
Catastrophe
Division
Our
catastrophe adjuster database has over 850 qualified adjusters
with background checks completed by US DataLink. Our catastrophe
team has been certified by various insurance identities such as
N.F.I.P., FWUA, Texas Windstorm, State Farm Insurance Co.,
Farmers Insurance Group, USAA, and Tower Hill Insurance Group.
Our
staff can handle any size loss at any location throughout the
United States, Puerto Rico and throughout the entire Caribbean.
Our
Catastrophe management teams assemble all necessary data and
individual company requirements in order to prepare our team of
adjusters before going into the field.
We
encourage our clients to invite CCS to preparatory sessions on storm management.
From
hurricanes to earthquakes, from civil commotion to product
recall an Emergency Response Team is ready.
Billing
Structure
We
have three (3) separate pricing structures depending on the type
of service that you request.

A component based fee. |

An hourly rate for single large losses or appraisal work. |
| 3.
A daily rate for staff assist. |
Our
fees are designed to compensate for a quality product. Our fees
are also
extremely competitive when compared to other
international adjusting companies!
